Spunlace and wet-laid nonwoven fabrics have a high overall moisture content after impregnation, washing, and chemical treatment. The fiber structure of the fabric is fluffy, without warp and weft interlacing support, resulting in weak structural stability. Common drying equipment with uneven hot air distribution and excessive conveying tension can easily lead to issues such as uneven drying, compaction and shrinkage of the fabric, decreased fluffiness, and surface wrinkling in certain areas of the nonwoven fabric. The equipment adopts a flat low-tension conveying structure, with non-woven fabric being laid flat on the conveyor belt. There is no strong pulling or squeezing throughout the process, fully preserving the fluffy fiber structure of the non-woven fabric. The drying oven adopts a multi-stage gradient temperature control design, with a lower temperature at the cloth inlet and a steady increase in temperature at the cloth outlet, avoiding deformation and shrinkage caused by sudden heat on the fabric. The uniform hot air supply mode from both the top and bottom sides allows hot air to penetrate the entire fiber layer, with the surface and internal moisture of the fabric evaporating simultaneously.
The hot air circulation system inside the oven can balance the temperature and wind speed in each section, eliminating local high temperatures and windless dead zones, ensuring uniform drying of the entire fabric. The equipment can adjust the drying temperature, running speed, and hot air volume according to the weight, thickness, and material of the non-woven fabric. After being dried by the equipment, the non-woven fabric has a uniform and stable moisture content, a flat and wrinkle-free surface, and good fiber bulkiness. There are no issues such as local hardening, shrinkage, or color difference, making it suitable for subsequent processing steps such as non-woven dyeing, finishing, and lamination.
