Conventional desizing and washing equipment operates with excessive tension, and the pressure of the rollers and the pulling force of the transmission can easily lead to fabric elongation, width contraction, and surface deformation, causing quality issues such as dimensional deviations and insufficient flatness of the finished product. The overall transmission system of the equipment adopts an independent variable frequency drive mode, ensuring precise matching of the rotational speeds of each guide roller, reducing the tension difference between the front and rear sections of the fabric, and keeping the fabric in a relaxed and controlled operating state throughout the entire process. The padding unit features a lightweight pressure adjustment design, ensuring uniform and gentle pressure on the rollers, which can prevent lightweight fabrics from experiencing excessive pressure, resulting in issues such as creasing, thinning, and stretching. After the desizing reaction is completed, the fabric enters a multi-stage cascade water washing tank. Through layered water washing and gentle water flow scouring, the decomposed slurry and chemical residue are gradually stripped away, without causing strong impact on the fabric surface. The equipment has no rigid pulling structure throughout the process, which can effectively maintain the original shape of lightweight fabrics and stabilize the fabric width and warp-weft density. The integrated equipment eliminates the process transfer link, reducing the risk of secondary damage to the fabric. The pretreated grey fabric is flat and uniform, with a small range of dimensional deviations, which can stably connect with subsequent boiling and bleaching, mercerizing, and dyeing processes, ensuring uniform quality of lightweight fabric finished products.
