During the fabric printing process, auxiliary materials such as printing paste, thickeners, and fixing agents are required to ensure the stable adhesion of the color paste on the fabric surface and the formation of clear patterns. After printing, the fabric surface will retain a large amount of undried paste, unfixed printing dyes, and excess auxiliaries. Paste residue can make the fabric feel stiff and reduce its breathability, while free dyes can cause blurry patterns and poor color fastness, directly affecting the appearance and user experience of the finished fabric. The equipment is suitable for various printed fabrics such as cotton, linen, knitted fabrics, and synthetic fabrics. It adopts a segmented ladder-type washing structure, which is divided into multiple functional sections including cold water pre-washing, warm water soaping, high-temperature rinsing, and neutralizing washing. The printed fabrics run at low speed in the open width throughout the entire process. First, cold water pre-washing removes loose paste and floating color from the surface of the fabric, avoiding dye fixation and residue under high-temperature conditions. Then, warm water soaping penetrates into the fiber gaps to dissolve stubborn paste and residual dyes. The equipment adopts a countercurrent circulating water washing design, where clean water flows back to the front section from the rear section, enhancing water resource utilization while ensuring a gradient effect in water washing. The internal guide structure has been optimized to adjust the operating tension according to the fabric material. Light and thin fabrics adopt a low tension mode, while thick fabrics adapt to conventional conveying parameters, effectively avoiding issues such as fabric stretching, wrinkling, and deformation. After being cleaned by the equipment, the printed fabric has clear pattern boundaries without bleeding, the fabric feels soft and fluffy, and the residual impurities are significantly reduced.
