Polyester, nylon, and other chemical fiber fabrics will continuously adhere to various oil and grease substances, including spinning oil, weaving lubricant, and anti-static grease, throughout the spinning, texturing, and weaving processes. These oil stains evenly cover the surface of the fibers and penetrate into the gaps, forming a hydrophobic barrier. This prevents the normal adhesion and penetration of dyes during the dyeing process, leading to quality defects such as dye rejection, color spots, color blocks, and uneven coloring. It is the main obstacle in the pretreatment of chemical fiber fabrics. The degreasing and washing machine provides a professional solution for degreasing and cleaning of chemical fibers.
The equipment is specifically designed for the characteristics of chemical fiber fabrics, eliminating the high-temperature steaming structure to avoid the issues of high-temperature shrinkage and hardening of chemical fiber fabrics. The equipment is divided into three modules: the auxiliary agent dipping and rolling zone, the constant temperature oil removal zone, and the high-pressure spray rinsing zone. The chemical fiber fabric passes through the dipping and rolling unit at a constant speed, evenly adhering to the specialized oil removal auxiliary agent. In a mild and constant temperature environment, the auxiliary agent fully emulsifies and decomposes the oil and impurities on the surface and inside of the fiber, transforming solid oil stains into water-soluble liquid substances.
Subsequently, the high-pressure spray system scours the fabric from both top and bottom directions, penetrating through the fabric gaps to remove oil contaminants, decomposed substances, and free oils. The water washing system of the equipment is equipped with a circulating filtration device, which can intercept oil impurities in the water to prevent secondary adhesion of oil contaminants to the fabric. The operating speed and spray pressure of the equipment can be flexibly adjusted, accommodating various fabrics such as light and thin chiffon, thick workwear chemical fiber fabric, and chemical fiber knitted fabric. The complete oil removal and water washing process can thoroughly eliminate oil contaminants from the fabric, restore the hydrophilic properties of the fibers, and create a clean fabric substrate for subsequent dyeing, printing, and setting processes, eliminating dyeing defects caused by oil contaminants.
