How can the sizing be completely stripped from the woven fabric?
During the textile weaving process, to enhance yarn toughness and reduce weaving breaks and wear, factories apply sizing treatment to the raw yarn, ensuring that the sizing agent adheres evenly to the yarn surface. The finished grey fabric comes with a sizing layer, which covers the fiber pores and hinders the normal progress of subsequent dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. This can easily lead to issues such as uneven color on the fabric surface, color mottling, and insufficient adhesion. Therefore, desizing is an indispensable basic process in fabric pretreatment. The equipment adopts a flat-width continuous operation structure, which can be matched with various industrial desizing processes. After the reaction is completed, the fabric enters the multi-grid washing area, where it undergoes step-by-step washing and countercurrent water exchange to gradually rinse off the slurry decomposition products and residual chemical solution on the surface of the fabric. Each functional section of the equipment is independently temperature-controlled and speed-regulated, allowing it to accommodate different specifications of grey fabric such as thin shirt fabrics and medium-thick home textile fabrics. The entire machine's transmission system runs smoothly, ensuring the fabric is conveyed flatly and avoiding issues such as fabric piling and creasing. Standardized desizing operations can restore the original breathable structure of the fibers, providing qualified grey fabric for subsequent boiling and bleaching, mercerizing, and dyeing processes, thus ensuring the basic quality of subsequent fabric processing.
