What equipment is used to clean the loose color from chemical fiber dyed with disperse dyes?
Chemical fiber fabrics often adopt the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing process using disperse dyes. After dyeing, a large amount of disperse dyes that have not bound to the fibers remain on the surface and in the gaps between fibers. These floating colors have strong adhesion, and it is difficult to completely remove them through regular room temperature washing, which can easily lead to issues such as substandard color fastness, color fading during washing, and fogging on the fabric surface. At the same time, chemical fiber fabrics are prone to stretching and deformation under high temperatures, and the tension and temperature control modes of ordinary washing equipment cannot be adapted. The flat-width dyeing and washing machine dedicated to chemical fibers specifically caters to such post-treatment needs.
The equipment adopts a closed temperature-controlled water washing structure, which can stably maintain a high-temperature cleaning environment and is suitable for the reduction cleaning process of disperse dyes. After dyeing, the chemical fiber fabric is conveyed at a constant speed in a low-tension flat state, passing through three major sections: high-temperature reduction cleaning, soaping, cooling, and neutralization water washing. The high-temperature environment can activate the activity of the reducing agent, effectively decompose and destroy the stubborn disperse floating color dyes, and allow the tightly bound residual dyes to detach from the fibers.
The subsequent soaping process further removes dye debris and auxiliary agent residues. Cooling, neutralization, and water washing stabilize the fabric's morphology and eliminate residual chemical solutions. The equipment maintains precise tension control throughout the process, preventing fabric stretching, deformation, and width deviation under high temperatures. The enclosed tank design stabilizes the temperature inside the tank, reducing cleaning effect variations caused by temperature fluctuations. The equipment can be seamlessly integrated with hot-melt pad dyeing machines, enabling continuous production. The chemical fiber fabric processed by the equipment has a clear and transparent surface, without floating color or fogging. Its color fastness to dry and wet rubbing is more stable, meeting the quality requirements of various chemical fiber finished fabrics.
